The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. After that delivery can be expected within 5-13 working days depending of your location

Once your order is given to Colissimo or DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. You can also view your tracking directly in your OBA STYLE account. To do this, log in by clicking on “My Account” and then click on “My Orders”. 

The stock is running very quickly, it is true that the new stock can be missed several times. Unfortunately, the foreign origin of our products does not allow us to set a precise date of return to stock. Please stay connected to our social networks as you are notified as soon as possible.

In case of refund for any reason, it will be made only 20 days after (except for special exceptions) that is when the package is returned and inspected. The amount will be returned to the account which debited.

We do not exchange or refund custom orders and sale items.

Items exchanged or refunded must not be washed or worn and must be returned with their labels. Contact with OBA STYLE and shipment of items must be made before the maximum duration of 15 days. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
